Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ROOM-LOOM order. If something isn't right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return window: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition requirement: Items must be returned in their original condition, and in the original packaging in which they were sent. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
• How to start a return: Contact us at roomloomshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions once approved.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
